Finding the Well of Souls
To unlock the Well, you must discover the Lightless Passage, a hidden dungeon located in Act 2’s Mastodon Badlands-the same area where you’ll work on the A Theft of Ivory questline.
Here’s the route to follow:
1.Enter Mastodon Badlands-You’ll naturally reach this area while completing the Mastodon Tusks main quest.
2.Head Southwest-The Lightless Passage typically spawns in the south-western part of the zone. Look for a downward path framed by massive tusks.
3.Push Through the Dungeon-Inside are multiple monster packs and at least one guaranteed Rare enemy near a huge abyssal pit. You don’t need to clear everything-just keep moving forward.
4.Unlock the Well-Once discovered, the Well of Souls becomes permanently marked on your world map with its own icon, allowing you to revisit at any time with any character.

First Visit:The Hooded One
